Confirmations about Reach and Withdrawing

As Reach weapons are semi-common in Shaintar, I am sharing this discussion from the Pinnacle Forums, where a fan posts various conditions and Clint Black confirms he is correct on all counts.

I notice that the key word here is ADJACENT. If you are adjacent to a foe, and move away (i.e. withdraw from combat) then you provoke a free attack. If your not, then your foe doesn't get a free attack. Simple.
